Totally Equipped, INC. was founded by Cedric Ford, a public school business educator in 2004. As a direct result of the horrific school environment he found himself working in, an inner city high school. The inner city students were exposed to so much negativity and seem destined to repeat the vicious cycles of teen pregnancy, gang violence, and drug abuse, that he felt compelled to make a difference. Realizing the need to come up with a program to address “today’s youth to reach new heights,” Mr. Ford shared his vision with a group of like-minded individuals and Totally Equipped INC. was birthed.
