 The Totally Equipped. Inc Success Leadership Program
requires a nine-month commitment. Participants
are required to meet two Saturdays of the
month from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. The session topics
will focus on developmental skills that pertain
to the following: Resume Writing, Interviewing,
Business Plans, Business Management, Financial
Planning, Community Service, Public Speaking,
Fundraising.

to college scholarships, professional mentorship,
and interships

 To be considered in the Totally Equipped, Inc Success Leadership Program, students must be currently enrolled in high school (grades 9-12) and committed to personal and community advancement. Key characteristics are the following:
